Teshuvah — the sanctuary is repaired, not condemned.
The craftsmen who repaired the walls of the Beis HaMikdash didn't tear it down. They found the crack, they honored the wall, and they set the stone right. Teshuvah is that craft.
Teshuvah is not shame. It is not endless self-accusation. It is the honest work of a builder who sees a stone out of line and quietly puts it back where it belongs.
"B'makom she'baalei teshuvah omdim, tzaddikim gemurim einam yecholim la'amod. In the place where returners stand, the completely righteous cannot stand."

Gentle teshuvah for ordinary days
- Take one honest minute before sleep. What would you place back?
- Say one honest 'I'm sorry' without a 'but.'
- Forgive yourself for something old. Weight you carry is weight the sanctuary cannot hold.
- Choose one small kabbalah — not a mountain, a stone.
